Overnight Oats
 1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Apple (about 1 medium apple)
1.50 cups Unsweetened plain dairy free milk (Almond, Soy, Oat)
1 tbsp Sugar free maple syrup
 2 tsp Chia seeds
 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Optional
 1 pinch Sea salt

1

Start by grating or finely dicing the apple.

2

In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the following ingredients: oats, shredded apple, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and your choice of spices. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined.

3

Seal the mason jar with its lid or cover the bowl with plastic wrap to ensure it's airtight.

4

Place the container in the refrigerator and allow the mixture to sit overnight. This time allows the oats and other ingredients to meld together and develop a delightful flavor and texture.

5

Your overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed, airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
